So, let go of your inhibitions and share your medical concerns with your doctor to receive the right advice and guidance.

Personalised Care

Once your health problem has been diagnosed and medical history collected, the doctor will develop a treatment plan based on your medical needs and personal preferences that are conducive to ensuring your healing journey is smooth and quick.

Follow-Up Appointment

After you are back home and healing with our personalised treatment plan, you will receive a call from our medical staff to fix a follow-up appointment with your doctor. This appointment is to make sure you are on the right path to healing.

Second Consultation

At your follow-up consultation, your doctor will check where you stand in the healing process and, only if necessary, make adjustments to your treatment plan to help you in your recovery journey.

Admission Process

Once your doctor has advised you to be admitted, the front office staff will connect with you to begin your admission procedure. To make your healthcare journey a comfortable experience, you will be shown various rooms to choose from. Once your preferred room has been chosen and other relevant details collected, an attendant will guide you to your room.

Advance Payment

At the time of admission, you will be required to make an advance payment. Your hospital charges will be adjusted against this amount. At the time of discharge, any difference in the amount between the advance payment and hospital charges will either be refunded, or you will be required to pay the outstanding balance.

Access to Expert Doctors and Staff

Once admitted, you will be treated by highly skilled nurses and well-qualified doctors who have years of expertise in their respective specialities. Our medical team will make sure you receive safe treatment that is built on evidence-based practices and routine clinical practices.

Post-Operative Care

Reduced Discharge Turnaround Time

Experience a faster discharge process with our coordinated team effort. The process begins with the doctor’s advice to initiate the discharge, followed by a pharmacy clearance and a patient billing clearance.

Easy Claim Settlement Process

If you opt for cashless treatment, our insurance department will make your claim settlement process quick and easy.
